Return Process

  Log in to your MADLIONS account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Hardware

  Carefully place the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all original accessories, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
